7 months agoI need to give a HUGE thank you to an amazing staff member from the Dartmouth Crossing Walmart McDonald's (90 Lamond Terrace, Dartmouth, NS). An elderly woman had gone into serious distress and needed help immediately. My mother turned around the corner to the first person available and it was a young girl named Kelsey (I do not know her last name but she deserves a medal, she was on staff Jan 17, 2019 around 4pm and was mopping the floor). Kelsey was able to take my mom to a manager or supervisor from Walmart for help while I stayed with the distressed woman and her husband. The woman began vomiting and I had to call an ambulance before the return of my mother and Kelsey. Upon their return my mother went to help the woman to the floor so she wouldn't fall and lady lost consciousness. Kelsey helped my mother support her and get her dead weight to the floor without further injury. People watched on but this young woman got in there and helped without being asked. She is a hero and I seriously hope that she will be recognized for her heroism in helping a person in distress outside her store.

7 months agoVery clean restaurant. The staff was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. The service was great and very speedy. the food was great. they got the order perfect . and when I asked for extras pickles I actually got more than just one extra pickle slice. I recommend this location to anyone even if they are not shopping at Walmart. The sit down area is large enough and always seems to have seating available. Thank you to the staff for a welcoming experience.

7 months agoDude with the glasses that works there as manager deals with so much costumer shit. People be acting like their life is over if their fries ain't ready in 2 min. Just chill out. Most Walmart McDonald's take forever as they only have two staff and Uber and skip orders on top of all the customers. McDonald's does need to staff up their Walmart locations.

7 months agoToday ,I went there for grocery and enjoyed food at mC Donald .The girl who was working there was very polite and friendly.I liked her customer service. I think her name is Sarabjeet . Her behaviour is very nice . I hope I will come to this place very soon .

7 months agoToday there was a teenager working by himself with 2 giant skip the dishes orders to prep. The restaurant was almost half full. There was about 6 people in line. The printer on the self order machine wasn’t working so everyone had to ask him what their number was. He multi tasked like a champ, moved like a ninja, and kept his composure in a very busy atmosphere. You don’t see that often these days, especially being the only one working at that time. I hope he gets recognized for the hard work he puts in and the efficiency/customer service he offers as an employee.
